One person was killed after falling from the balcony of a building in Vantaa while another person was killed in a train accident in Jyväskylä on Thursday, police said in separate press releases.
The first accident took place in the morning when a train knocked down one person near the intersection of Survontie and Rantaväylä in Jyväskylä.
The person died on the spot in the accident.
The second accident took place when one person fell down from the balcony of a building at Koivukylä area in Vantaa in the afternoon at about 2:45:p.m. and died on the spot.
Police, however, did not disclose details about the incidents and the identities of the deceased.
Police said that no crime links were suspected in the incidents, and they are investigating into the cases to find out the reasons behind the deaths.
